Steps

  1. peel the apple and core them, dice them to 1cm*1cm square
  2. Add sugar and salt to a pot, put on low heat, cook the sugar until it turns to caramel
  3. When all sugar melted and turned to caramel, add the butter and swirl the pot to incorporate it
  4. Next, add apple to the caramel sauce, and cook until apple is soften and the juice is thicken
  5. When apple sauce ready, set aside and let it cool down
  6. Follow the pancake mix instruction, mix the pancake batter
  7. Layer the apple sauce at the bottom of the rice cooker
  8. Pour the cake batter on top of the apple sauce
  9. User Cake Mode to bake the cake
  10. Flip the cake out when it is still hot, otherwise it will stick to the pot
  11. Serve hot or cold
  12. Done
