Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together cocoa powder, icing suger, sea salt, water and neutral oil
  2. Use a whisk, mix together thoroughly
  3. Sift in the cornstarch and cake flour
  4. Mix well
  5. Use clean film to shape the dough into a salami shape
  6. Freeze the dough for 1 hour
  7. Cut the dough into 8mm thick slices
  8. Place on a baking tray, bake for 15 mins at 165°
