Steps
- line the cake tin with parchment paper
- crush the lotus biscoff into fine crumb
- melt the butter in microwave
- mix the melted butter with the lotus crumb
- add the crumb to cake tin and use the spoon compress the bottom
- after that, put in the fridge to let it firm
- meanwhile, add all the cheesecake ingredient into a bowl and mix together using a immersion blender
- Take out the cake tin, pour the mixture into it, level it
- Preheat the oven to 230 degree celsius, bake for 30 mins
