Steps

  1. in a large bowl, mix together leftover rice and egg, set aside
  2. Add some oil to a frying pan, stir fry your choice of veges and meat first. When it's ready, take it out and set aside
  3. in the same frying pan, add some oil and pour the egg rice mixture to the pan and start stir frying
  4. When the rice are not clump together anymore, add the fried veges and meat. Stir well again
  5. Add salt and white pepper to taste, you can add other kinds of seasoning at this step
  6. Done.

Remark

  • remember to use leftover rice, don't use freshly cooked rice
