  1. In a heat proof bowl, mix together chili powder, smoke paprika powder, white sesame seeds, sugar and salt.
  2. Next, add the conala oil and samame oil in a pot, heat to medium-low heat
  3. Do not allow the oil to smoke. If it smokes, remove it from the heat to reduce the temperature.
  4. Once the oil reach the desired temperature, slowly add the oil to the powder mxiture to bloom the chili powder
  5. Use a spoon to stir it, at this point, add the miso paste and soy sauce and mix well
  6. crush the fried garlic slice and fried shallot slice in to smaller piece, but not too small
  7. Add the crused galic shallot slice the oil mixture, mix well
  8. Store it in a jar, serve with noodle, gyoza, steak
  9. Done
