  1. slice the green bell pepper to thin strip
  2. cook the pasta according to the package instruction and set aside
  3. in a small bowl, mix together ketchup and japanese worcestershire sauce
  4. in a fry pan, add some oil and fry the bacon/sausage until slightly brown
  5. add the green bell pepper and continue frying until slightly soften
  6. lower the heat and add the ketchup mixture to the pan
  7. add the cooked pasta and mix well
  8. Done
