Steps

  1. dissolve the yeast in the warm water
  2. in another bowl, mix together flour, salt and olive oil
  3. add the yeast mixture to the flour, mix until see no dry flour
  4. let it proof overnight in the fridge
  5. next morning, prepare a baking tray, line it with baking paper, drizzle some olive oil at the tray
  6. take the dough out of the fridge, remove the dough from the bowl to the baking tray
  7. use your finger tip gently make some dimple on the dough, at the same time try to spread it
  8. drizzle more olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt
  9. let it proof again until double in size
  10. bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes
