- dissolve the yeast in the warm water
- in another bowl, mix together flour, salt and olive oil
- add the yeast mixture to the flour, mix until see no dry flour
- let it proof overnight in the fridge
- next morning, prepare a baking tray, line it with baking paper, drizzle some olive oil at the tray
- take the dough out of the fridge, remove the dough from the bowl to the baking tray
- use your finger tip gently make some dimple on the dough, at the same time try to spread it
- drizzle more olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt
- let it proof again until double in size
- bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes
