Steps

  1. warm the water to body temperature, add the yeast and mix well, let it seat aside
  2. put other ingredients in a large bowl
  3. pour the yeast mixture to the large bowl, use a wooden spoon to mix it, until can't see any dry lump
  4. knead the dough until smooth
  5. set aside and cover the bowl, let it rise for 2 hours or until double in size
  6. punch down the dough and shape into a ball again, put into the rice cooker
  7. let it rise again until double in size
  8. choose rice mode, cook for 1 cycle
  9. after 1 cycle, flip the bread and cook for another 1 cycle
  10. when it done, take it out and let cool down

Remark

  • can replace oil with butter
  • salt and sugar is optional
