Steps
- warm the water to body temperature, add the yeast and mix well, let it seat aside
- put other ingredients in a large bowl
- pour the yeast mixture to the large bowl, use a wooden spoon to mix it, until can't see any dry lump
- knead the dough until smooth
- set aside and cover the bowl, let it rise for 2 hours or until double in size
- punch down the dough and shape into a ball again, put into the rice cooker
- let it rise again until double in size
- choose rice mode, cook for 1 cycle
- after 1 cycle, flip the bread and cook for another 1 cycle
- when it done, take it out and let cool down
Remark
- can replace oil with butter
- salt and sugar is optional
