Steps

  1. combine all the sesame sauce ingredient into a bowl, add water to adjust if desired
  2. julienne the carrot, cucumber and bean curd
  3. Boil a pot of water, add a tsp of salt, blanch the carrot, enoki mushroom, bean curd separately until soften
  4. Rehydrate the dried seaweed with some hot water, after they are rehydrated, drain it and set aside
  5. Cook your noodle according to the packaging instruction
  6. Serve the noodle in a bowl, top with your desired toppings and add the sesame sauce
  7. Done
